Why I Created the MES Blog

Why I Created the MES Blog: A Personal Message From the Author

Welcome — and thank you for taking the time to read this.

My name is Kourosh, and I’m the author behind the MES Blog. Before anything else, I want to be very clear about something:

This is not a copy-and-paste Tag & Title blog.
This is not a space built just to chase traffic or repeat what has already been written a thousand times.

This blog exists because too many people come to me confused, misinformed, or misled — and nobody ever explained the details that actually matter.

I created this blog to change that.

Why This Blog Exists

The world of vehicle titles, transfers, MVA rules, out-of-state issues, duplicates, liens, inspections — it’s far more confusing than most people realize.

And most online posts only repeat surface-level information.

But I live this work every day.

I see the real problems:

  • missing or incomplete documents,
  • unspoken rules that surprise people at the counter,
  • title mistakes that delay registration,
  • hidden risks when buying a used car,
  • signatures and names that don’t match,
  • inspection and VEIP requirements, nobody warned them about,
  • liens and history issues buyers only discover after the sale.

So this blog was created for one purpose:

To shine a light on the things no one else is talking about.
To bring clarity where others bring shortcuts.
To raise awareness before problems happen — not after.

When Topics Look Similar, Here’s Why

Sometimes you may notice that a topic on this blog looks similar to a topic covered on other websites. That’s normal. Subjects like “duplicate titles,” “temporary tags,” or “out-of-state transfers” exist everywhere.

But the difference is in how I approach them.

If a post on this blog looks similar in title or format to something you’ve seen elsewhere, I want you to know this clearly:

In my posts, I’m not here just to repeat what others said or to decorate existing content. I usually try to highlight or raise issues that have not been mentioned or have been neglected in similar posts. I focus on the details that are easy to overlook but very important in real life.

I’m not here just to “gain traffic.” I’m here to:

  • call out blind spots,
  • explain the parts that were skipped,
  • share my own ideas and professional experience,
  • raise awareness so people don’t repeat the same mistakes.

If a topic is repeated, it’s because I believe something important was missing from the usual explanations — and someone has to say it clearly.

My Promise as the Author of This Blog

I don’t see myself as a generic “content producer.” I see myself more as a guide — someone who has walked through thousands of real cases and wants to pass that experience on.

My goals for this blog are simple:

  • Raise awareness before problems arise.
  • Inform with clarity instead of confusion.
  • Break down complicated topics into plain language.
  • Warn you about hidden challenges in car buying, selling, and title work.
  • Share insights from real situations, not theory.
  • Help you avoid unnecessary stress, costs, and delays with the MVA.

If this blog helps even one person avoid a bad purchase, a rejected title, or a preventable problem, then it has done its job.

Your Questions and Criticism Are Welcome

This is not meant to be a one-way newsletter where I talk and everyone else stays quiet.

If you ever have:

  • a question,
  • a doubt,
  • a criticism,
  • a suggestion,
  • a topic you’d like me to cover,
  • or a real situation you are dealing with,

Please feel free to contact me.

You can reach out through the contact options on the Maryland Express Services website. If you see something you disagree with or think something important is missing, I genuinely want to hear it.

Your questions, feedback, and even your criticism help shape this blog and make it more useful for everyone who reads it.

The Reason Behind This Blog

In simple words, this blog exists because:

  • Too many people are left in the dark about Tag & Title,
  • Too many explanations online are incomplete or superficial,
  • Too many customers only learn the truth after they run into a problem.

I don’t want you to be surprised at the counter.
I want you to walk in prepared.

My goal is to build a place where anyone interested in Maryland Tag & Title, vehicle paperwork, or car-buying and selling can find honest, practical, experience-based information.

If you’ve read this far, thank you. This blog is for you, your questions, and your peace of mind.

Useful Maryland Links I Recommend

Part of my goal with this blog is not just to explain the process, but to give you direct access to the official tools I use and trust. Here are a few links that can help you verify information for yourself:

Whenever you are unsure about a vehicle, a business, or a Tag & Title provider, use these official tools first. If something still doesn’t make sense, you can always reach out to me with questions.
